The Wedding

So Tish and Ferdi finally got married. My dear cousin, my Ate Tabby, is now a married woman. Howell.

I didn't take pictures that night. Kasi ba naman, sa Church, I was fishing around for my camera so I missed their first kiss. Then I missed the throwing of the bouquet. By then I'm like, ah crap! Forget pics, I'm just going to enjoy the night. My brother took tons of pictures anyway and I'm still waiting for them. So I forgot about being the usual papparazzi and just enjoyed the night. The Church ceremony at Christ the King was beautiful and meaningful and the reception at Edsa Shang Isla Ballroom was a riot. Tish and Ferdi had a special entrance. Ferdi went first and danced to the song "Just Got Lucky" hahaha. Tish followed soon after and they gave each other a high-five. I love them as a couple. They're fun and it's obvious they really enjoy each other's company.

In my speech, I think I said something about how they have the same energy, the same spirit, and how they make each other laugh. Just looking at them, how they are when they're together and how they take care of each other, it's obvious that theirs is a solid relationship. Anyway, during the whole reception everyone just laughed and sang and danced and basically had a good time. When the oldies were gone, yan na, party na yung mga kids. Didn't stay up too late, got home around 3. All in all, I'd say it was the most fun wedding I'd ever attended.

Here's me and my cousin Sabrina. I loved our gowns ha. The motif kasi was autumn or something, hence the rich orange and green colors.

Me and daddy dearest. I sad beside him after the speech of the father of the bride, and said "Dad, naiinggit ka ba kay Tito Eddie? Gusto mo na ba ko magasawa?" And he goes, "Hindi ah!!! Wag muna! Dito ka lang muna samin!" "Haha hay. I love my dad to bits. He's kind, he's funny, he works hard for the family and he loves my mom very much.
Lord, please PLEASE let me end up with someone like my father. Even if he's just half the man my dad is, ok na ko don.
