Because I wanna blog about nonsense stuff first before I blog about my wakeboarding adventure. Yes, nagwakeboard kami sa Lago! Yahoooo! Or fine, actually ako kneeboarding lang muna. Wakeboarding for beginners. Pero pfft, so what.
Anyhow some random ramblings:
1. E got me a Fred Perry Shirt for Christmas! Yeheeeey! Haylavet. It's pink tapos yung logo, purple. I haven't worn it yet. Still looking for the right occasion. Eh sayang naman kung sa mall ko lang susuotin yon, diba. Maybe when I attend another mod night at Route 196 or when we go drinking at 70s Bistro!
2. I watch Amazing Race Asia and I swear, sobra na si Terry ha. Husband beater! Poor Henry, putting up with all that shouting and nagging. Yeah, stress and shit pero naman, kung sigawan nya si Henry! Palengkera galore. Ugh. At one point, Herny started crying! I was rooting for them kasi nung una laugh trip pa sila. Ngayon, Rovilson and Marc nalang! Team Pilipinas!
3. Nagcommute ako going to my field work area. Yebahhh!! Drove to Riverbanks, parked my car and from there nagcommute ako. Mag isa. I know, like, so bloody what. Pero big deal yon for me haha. At one point, I'm like, Oh Lord. I have no idea what I'm doing. I was just standing there and looking at the jeepneys and cabs and trikes hurtling by. San ako sasakay?! San ako bababa?! Mamaya umabot pa ko ng Morong nito! Patay! I had to remind myself, shet Mia, wag kang over, commute lang ito, commute lang ito. Not like you're in the goddamn jungle. Sinungitan pa ko ng jeepney driver. Kasi I paid just before I was about to step down. Apparently pag sakay pala eh kailangan magbayad na. "Dapat kanina ka pa nagbayad!" he snaps. "Pasensya na po," I reply. Aba! Eh pasalamat nga sya nagbayad pa ko noh. God knows Hudas not pay nga diba? Hmpphhh.
4. I'm actually okay with going on trips alone. Like when my family and I were in Bangkok, I would navigate the city by myself. Oks lang, so what. Got home in one piece. Pati when we were in Sydney we'd go our separate ways and just meet in the afternoon. Pero here in Manila, aaacckk Lord, pahirapan umikot ikot dito ah. Bakit kaya. Maybe because I was a tourist in Bangkok, Sydney, New York so even if I got lost, ok lang at least I still get to see the sights. The point was precisely to get lost. Eh dito, anong sights naman ang meron? Yung giant shoe ng Marikina? Nyeeh!
